Delivery Policy:
Agreement: By placing an order with us “The Happy Paw Store” you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
All couriers and postal services work independently from us so we cannot guarantee or promise delivery times.
🚚 DELIVERY TIMES
An estimated delivery timeframe will be shown on the product page (under the Add to Cart Button) & on the Checkout Page before you place your order. These estimates are based on recent orders of the same product to the same country you are based. The delivery timeframe is an aim and not a guarantee.
The delivery window may be revised slightly by the carrier once your order has shipped and this will be shown on the “Track your order” page.
Note: Some deliveries will arrive sooner than their estimates but we do ask you allow up to 28 days for delivery for delays out of our control particularly around busy periods.
If you order hasn’t arrived after 28 days from the date the item shipped, then please contact us so we can investigate.

The Happy Paw Store is committed to delivering your orders as fast and efficiently as possible. We also want to be transparent and be as honest as we can which is why we want to be upfront about delivery times and how long you may have to wait to receive your order. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated at this time.
We work with a number of different suppliers & manufacturers in UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Australia in order to source high quality products at the best possible price.
When you place an order with us, we review all details and pass to the relevant & closest supplier to you that is holding stock, which may not be in the country you are located in. Our customer service team are based in the UK and we process orders the same day if placed before 5pm GMT, orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following morning.
Our suppliers typically ship items in 24-72 hours but can be longer over Bank Holiday Weekends and Holiday periods. Most items then arrive within 10 days however again it can take up to three weeks in busy periods so we do ask to allow 28 days for delivery in busy periods.
We understand that fast shipping is everyone’s favourite but unfortunately in some circumstances, we cannot guarantee this. We always try and ship your order from the closest supplier to you in order to reduce shipping times but this cannot be guaranteed so a lot of products will come from overseas, this enables us to keep costs down and prices competitive.
Delivery Address
Please check your order confirmation that the details you have provided are correct. The shipping address cannot be changed once the item has shipped and your local postal service will follow their standard delivery procedures when making deliveries.
Due to Covid-19 most postal services have implemented a reduce contact service so items will be left in your usual safe place or the instructions you have given them directly. Please contact your local postal service to set up these instruction for your post.
If your local postal service is unable to deliver due to incorrect address details we will do our best to rectify but it is advisable to use the tracking code provided and reach out to them directly in order to fix any issues. We cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery attempt due to address issues.
Cancellations
Unfortunately once an item has shipped and is in transit you cannot cancel or modify your order. Please wait until the item has been delivered and then arrange to return it to us for a full refund if you no longer want it via our Returns Centre.
Order Tracking: As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times, you can also track the status of your order from the Track you order page with your order number and email address. A estimated delivery window will be shown on the tracking page along with the various stages in transit your package is travelling through.
All items on your order will be displayed, please switch between - F1 & F2 etc to see individually tracking details.
Order Confirmation Page
If using a mobile or tablet to complete your purchase there will be an option to download the "Shop**" app which when downloaded, will add your order details automatically. You will receive notifications to your phone when your order is shipped and the app allows you to track aswell.
📞 There is also an option to add your telephone number to receive the tracking link via sms.
Please note: Unfortunately we cannot update customers individually in regards to the location / status of their order unless contacted by yourself and we look at your order details. For eg. If your package is waiting collection at your local post office, you will not receive any communication from us automatically informing you. Please use the tracking details provided in the shipment confirmation email, track via our website using your order number and the tracking options above to periodically check and keep up to date with your order at all times.
We are doing our very best to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible.
Please allow 48-72 hours from the date you receive the Tracking Number for the system to update, otherwise your Tracking ID number may not be recognised.
If your order contains more than one product, they may be shipped separately, in which case you will receive individual Tracking Numbers for each product.
Note: Changes to delivery address are not possible once the items has shipped. Please check the delivery details on your order confirmation and let us know immediately if you require any changes.
